Description

While the regular Rohirric soldiers I've drawn look like quite realistic vikings, without horns and such, I couldn't resist the temptation with the royal guard. The horns being heraldic horse-heads is an idea I got from Thulsa Doom's helmet in the 1982 Conan-movie, where a pair of snakes form horns. I think the guard looks a bit more "Hyborian" this way.

I think these mini-horseheads on the helmet remind some of Thulsa Doom from Conan 🤔👍
