Shane, surly Gangrel

Eric McShane ("Shane" on the streets of L.A.) was my first character in any RPG. He was a surly loner with severe issues against authority, particularly the local Camarilla. Far more interested in the company of animals than Kindred or Kine, Shane wanted to just be left alone, but the power structure kept forcing him to join missions with other fledglings.

Considering what a newbie I was at roleplaying at the time, it's a miracle Shane survived the storyline. Much thanks to the kindness of the GM. There are many things I would have done differently, considering I've gotten more experience and have GMd a few campaigns myself. Still, Shane was my first character and I'm very fond of the antisocial jerkass because of it.
